About This Site
This site was originally created as a personal site for the author.  It has since expanded to be one of the official websites for Outdoor Education Laboratory.  It serves as a central information point for the campsite for both public use and for staff use.  Staff applies for positions and uses resources within the protected staff only section and the public uses the site for general information and initial stages of camper enrollment.  Actual camper enrollment is provided by PeopleIDSoftware.com which is another website created and owned by the same author of the OutdoorEducationLaboratory.com.  The two websites work together and were built to compliment each other.  PeopleIDSoftware.com was developed for multiple applications and to accommodate the possibility of more than one official OEL website.

Pictures Usage
The majority of the pictures found on this site have been taken by the author of this site.  The author retains full copyright on all pictures and any use of the pictures requires his permission.  It is the author's belief that no child can be recognized from any of the pictures available for public viewing.  If you do happen to find a picture which you believe positively identifies your child, please let the author know immediately so the picture can be removed.  Pictures on this site are to give a sample of activities while out at camp for everyone to enjoy.

E-mail Notifications
The system sends out e-mail notification to the primary e-mail address on file for varying reasons.  Reasons include initial camper enrollment, staff applications, camper payment receipt notification, payment summaries, camper ticket, as well as waitlist notifications.  From time to time, the system may broadcast out a message with more information about Outdoor Education Laboratory.  If you do not wish to receive notifications from this system, send a message to the address below stating this request.

Outdoor Education Laboratory cannot be held responsible for failure to receive e-mails either because you have selected not to receive e-mails, your e-mail client discarded the message due to spam filters or other filters, because you did not read the message in a timely factor, or for any other reason.  When a message has been sent out, OEL assumes that you have received the message and have read the message in detail.
